Does my rental price include the end of stay clean?
Yes, your fixed price includes a basic end of stay clean, as detailed in your rental agreement with us.
We ask that you leave the villas in a reasonable standard, and remove any rubbish on departure day, any villas left in an unreasonable state will have an additional cleaning charge which will be deducted from your security deposit.
Are the bed linen and towels included, or do I pay separate for these?
One set of bed linen per occupied bed is included in your price, if you require a change of linen or towels during your stay this can be arranged for you at an additional cost, please enquire in resort.
Are pool towels provided?
No,Pool towels are not provided, however if you wish to hire them, please inform us before arrival.
The cost is 5 euro per towel, payable in resort on arrival.
We arrive very late, can we get some supplies in the villa?
We can provide a shopping service if needed, send us a list a week before arrival.
The cost is 25 euro plus cost of shopping, payable in resort in cash.
We arrive very late to resort, will there be someone to meet us?
Yes, we meet all our arrivals in person, regardless of arrival time, we will show you to the villa and explain things and collect any outstanding monies.
We are also available for early departures.
